WEBINAR:

Is it Lyme Disease, or TBRF?

The Importance of Testing for Tick-Borne Relapsing Fever

Home » Webinars » Is It Lyme Disease or TBRF

OVERVIEW OF THE WEBINAR

Tick-Borne Relapsing Fever (TBRF) is often considered a Lyme disease imitator because both TBRF and Lyme sufferers display many similar symptoms. Moreover, some of the Borrelia that cause TBRF are transmitted by the same ticks that transmit B. burgdorferi, the causative agent of Lyme disease. Therefore, it is important for physicians to test for both TBRF and Lyme disease.

Join world-renowned tick-borne disease specialist Dr. Joseph Burrascano as he discusses the emergence of TBRF, and the latest advancements in testing for this disease.
