My Lyme Literate Medical Doctor (LLMD) has been using IGeneX many years before me and I am using IGeneX for over 12 years now. They have always been timely and accurate with my blood results. IGeneX has provided excellent customer service all thee years.

Doctors couldn't find what was wrong with me, IgeneX did. With their improved sensitivity and specifity both surpassing 90%, I am absolutely confident in my results not being a false positive or false negative.

I was so happy with my iGeneX testing. It was the only clear way to find out whether I still had lyme, babesia, and bartonella. My doctor and I both thought that I still had them, but I ended up being clear of all three, so it was well worth the money! I am now able to move on and build back up.

This is the best test to do, most complete test and I highly recommend it to all people who even could possibly have LYME! Make sure you also have a Lyme Literate Dr.

I gave four stars only due to some admin issues like my kit shipment was stuck and my address was twisted even though I didn’t make a mistake. Other than that, this test changed MY LIFE. I will not stop talking to others about this test. My insurance also covered the test partially if this might be useful for anyone to know.

My wife has chronic Lyme disease and we live in New Zealand and so can't get testing done in this country because it's not endemic. Over the years we've used Igenex and are very pleased with their communication about the complicated process of an international testing process and with the efficiency of reporting results

i am unaccustomed to this kind of test, so it was a little confusing to find an office & get it done, but the staff was quite helpful in all regards. i went to the wrong office of the chosen blood-draw lab, but they directed me to a lab closer to my home. i think in a ways, they are concerned with making it as easy as possible for the patient, which i find reassuring. as i said the whole process works like that, so they have the lab send the samples instead of letting m do it, which is good, because they are more likely to do it correctly. all in all, i appreciated the phone advice, the courtesy and knowledge of the customer service personnel, and - again - the ease.

Quest is a joke, so glad Igenex was available so I know exactly what illnesses I have to treat. Easy blood draw and fast results.
