OVERVIEW OF THE HEALTHLAB PROGRAM
IGeneX Laboratory has a partnership with HealthLab that allows patients in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Missouri to save hundreds of dollars on IGeneX tests. Now, many of your patients will be able to take advantage of IGeneX’s industry-leading tests for Lyme disease, Tick-Borne Relapsing Fever, Bartonellosis, Babesiosis, and more without having to worry about costs.
How IGeneX Testing Through HealthLab Works?
1. Create an account with HealthLab. If you already have an account with HealthLab, proceed to step 2. If not, fill out the form below to get the process started.
2. Request guidance from HealthLab on the best way to order tests for your patients. In most cases you will be able to use the IGeneX Test Requisition Form as you normally would. You may also be able to access HealthLab’s online ordering portal.
3. HealthLab will provide instruction on sample collection and other logistics.
4. HealthLab will send the samples to IGeneX for testing.
