HOW TO USE THE SELF-SWAB KIT

HOW TO COLLECT YOUR ANTERIOR NASAL SWAB SAMPLE FOR COVID-19, RSV, or FLU TESTING

Please follow the instructions in the video, which detail the following steps required to collect your sample for testing:

1. Remove the swab from the self-collection kit, being careful not to touch the soft end with your hand.

2. Insert the swab into your nostril. Do not insert it more than half an inch into your nostril.

3. Slowly twist the nasal swab, rubbing it along the insides of your nostril for 15 seconds.

4. Place the nasal swab in the tube.
